報名提示事項 Application Procedures

線上報名期間:20210415日上午10時至0701日下午5時止(台灣時間)

申請文件上傳截止日:20210702日下午5時止(台灣時間)

Step 1

 請確認您符合僑生及港澳生申請資格,請參考【II.申請資格】。 

Please make sure that you are eligible to apply as an Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong or Macau student.

Please refer to the brochure “II. Entry Requirement”.

Step 2

 

線上申請:

(1). 一律採線上報名,於截止日前,將所有相關資料上傳以完成線上申請。恕不接受紙本文件。每位申請人至多申請2個系組。

(2). 請以中文或英文填妥報名資料,報名時請務必登錄有效資料,以免自身權益受損。

(3). 完成後請列印相關文件並簽名(點選申請查詢)。

 

Online Application

(1). Only online applications shall be accepted. Please complete the online application, and upload all the relevant documents before the deadline. Hard copy applications/documents will not be accepted. Each applicant may apply for up to two departments/graduate institutes.

(2). Please fill out the application form in Chinese or in English. All information provided on the application system must be valid and accurate in order to prevent any important information and notifications from getting missed or lost.

(3). Please print out the relevant documents and sign your name on the paper after you have completed the online application form. (Click on "Application Status")

 

Step 3

 

上傳審查文件:

(1). 申請文件請參考簡章【應繳文件】與【招生系所分則】。

(2). 申請文件須以PDF檔上傳,除了照片可為JPG檔。檔案大小以5MB為限。每一項目僅可上傳單一檔案,若有多個檔案請自行合併。

(3). 於截止日前允許分次上傳及更新檔案,請務必審慎檢視上傳資料正確無誤後,點選"確認送出"鍵完成申請。報名資格不符規定、表件不全等情形,恕不予受理。

 

Uploading Documents

(1). About the application documents, please refer to the brochure “Required Application Documents” and “Department Information”.

(2). All required documents shall be uploaded in PDF files, except for the photo which may be in JPG format. Each document is limited to 5MB. Only one file for each field is accepted. If you have multiple files for a particular field, please combine them into one file before uploading.

(3). The documents may be uploaded separately and updated any time before the deadline. However, you may not change the submitted documents once you have confirmed submission. Please go through the documents carefully before confirming the submission. If application documents are incomplete or not submitted on time, or the qualifications of the applicants fail to meet THU’s requirements, such applications will not be processed by THU.

Please use Chrome with Microsoft Windows or Android to apply and upload the files so there should be no compatibility issues. This application system may be unavailable supported software from Apple's servers such as macOS, iTunes, and iOS.

個資聲明  Registration and Notification for Applicants

(1). I personally read and agree with the relevant regulations of the Recruitment Requirements.

(2). I personally or authorize the licensee to enter all registration information online, and confirm to possess all information on the registration form or the attached documents. I hereby confirm with full legal responsibility and agree to be cancelled the enrollment qualification for any perjuries or inconsistent diploma found.

(3). I hereby confirm all registration information to be used for handling the relevant matters as the required application information by the school according to the pertinent regulation of the “Personal Information Protection Act”.

 

(1).本人已詳閱並同意招生簡章相關規定。

(2).網路報名各項資料均由本人或授權他人輸入,報名表輸入資料或附繳各項文件確為本人所有,倘經發現與事實不符或查驗之學歷(力)等證明文件不符,本人願負法律責任並同意被取消錄取及入學資格。

(3).本人同意報名所填各項資料,由貴校依據「個人資料保護法」等相關法令規定,為必要之資訊應用,處理相關事宜。
