Photo upload instructions:
1. Please upload a clear, passport style, recent headshot with a digital camera or scanned from a good quality printed photo. It must be less than 6 months old.
2. The file name should be named in English or by number.
3. Image format must be in JPEG, GIF or PNG.
4. Image file size must be less than 1MB.
5. Click the Upload button
6. You will see a message of Upload completed after you have uploaded successfully.
